In accordance with this philosophy, the Advisor intends to take a proactive role to make a tangible positive contribution to society, and that of the future generations, by donating 10% of management fees received from the fund on the fund net assets above $15 million to qualifying charities. The Advisor reserves the right to modify the terms of these contributions from time to time as it deems necessary at its sole discretion without any notice to the fund or its shareholders.
